Whither effective multilateralism in the EU?
A central issue in the EU security strategy now to be revised. Which will be its fate under the new leadership?
I have tried to help to put this into a global perspective in the book on regional organizations together with a number of other contributors arguing that a more comprehensive approach to EU leverage in support of international organisations will be necessary.
