THE EU STRATEGIC REVIEW DOES NOT MENTION THE ROLE OF PARLIAMENTS AND SPECIFICALLY NOT OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED WHEN DRAFTING THE #EUGLOBALSTRATEGY. PARLIAMENTS ARE NOT ONLY LEGISLATORS BUT POLITICAL ACTORS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE NOT LEAST IN TERMS OF SOFT POWER.
